Delivery
We email your completed review as a PDF within 3 working days after we have your completed details and are permitted to begin preparation. If you expressly ask us to start during the 14-day cancellation period, preparation can begin once your details are complete. Otherwise, preparation waits until that period ends. We may contact you if important information is missing or unclear.

Will I be asked to buy new products?
No. Reviews start from the products you already own. Nothing is purchased automatically, and any suggestion is yours to consider.
What happens after I pay?
After payment you complete the review questionnaire about your products, priorities, preferences and relevant context. We email your completed review as a PDF within 3 working days after we have your completed details and are permitted to begin preparation. Are updates or check-ins included?
